This course is approved by the Maryland Higher Education Commission and is designed specifically for individuals planning a career in real estate and acquiring their Maryland Real Estate Salesperson license. The course is the 60 hour program that is mandated per law. Students will achieve a clear understanding of real estate transactions, terminology and a solid base of knowledge regarding real estate law. The course will cover ALL topics required by the MD RE Commission. Upon successful completion of the course, students will be able to register to take the State Licensing Exam. Course materials include the RE Principles & Practice textbook, the MD Law Supplement, program test/quizzes, Mid-Term & Final. NAPD offers this course on Monday, Wednesday & Friday evenings for a duration of approximately 5 weeks. Below, is information regarding the qualifications for registering for this course.
